What does it involve? Interior drain tile systems relieve hydrostatic pressure, catch water as it enters around the foundation and manage it to the sump pump where it is ejected outside and away from the house. This system works to capture rising ground water and prevents wall seepage. 

Interior Drain Tile sits below the basement floor next to the foundation footing. The concrete is first removed with a jackhammer. Gravel and drain tile are then installed and the concrete replaced. This system does not require maintenance and comes with a lifetime transferable warranty.
